Mission

The law office of Desroches, Mongeon was founded in 2001. Two experienced lawyers make up the firm.

These two women joined forces in their determination to defend the rights of victims of automobile accidents, employment injuries and crime, and assist people in their dealings with the Régie des Rentes du Québec.

Available and sensitive to the needs of their clients, they wanted their firm to be different from the traditional law office; they wanted it to be a place where victims know they can get help, a sympathetic ear and support with their legal and administrative procedures—in short, a place where people know their claims will be seen as legitimate.

Over time, they realized that lack of information was often the source of many problems. With this in mind, they decided to take every means of informing victims of their rights, giving rise to the idea of offering the first consultation free of charge. This was implemented in the metropolitan region first, and was subsequently extended to other regions.

After the first consultation, if legal action is undertaken, the lawyers are willing to adapt to their clients' financial situation by offering advantageous rates.
